Rockzillaworld -- web site mirror

How much can one fan of OKOM (Our Kind Of Music) accomplish in just a couple of years? Plenty, if it's Rockzilla, aka photographer Michael Johnson. From 2003 to 2005, rockzilla.net was a chronicle of the alt.country scene from a uniquely Texan perspective. But all good things must end, and Rockzilla has retired from the online 'zine scene.

This mirror site was copied from the rockzilla.net site with the express permission of Rockzilla hisself. If you don't believe me, go to the KHYI-Fans email list and ask him! Buddy will back me up, too.

DESIGN (B. Huffman, ASCAP - Idaho Gunbunny Music, 2000)

Yesterday, today, tomorrow is still alive
Cheap slogans small town politicians hanging all their signs
The westbound CEO's, well they brought the big city plague
Trying to kill off yesterday

You're uneasy in your thinking
You're unsure about carrying signs
Not quite certain why you're marching
You're just walking about three steps behind

Saturday at noon, call a rally at city hall
Call all those hippies, have a sit in on the lawn.
Expected hundreds, turned out ten, The tourists pointed and they laughed
They got some funny photographs.

You're uneasy about the future
Not quite sure about walking the line
You're uncertain why you're screaming
You're just marching about three steps behind

Bring your suggestions here on weekdays from nine til five
Get a number and get in line

You're uneasy in your thinking
You're unsure about carrying signs
You're uncertain why you're angry
You're just walking about three steps behind
You're unsteady while you're marching
Not sure if Walmart really ruined your life
You're just uneasy about the whole damn design
